The host refers to himself as a “westerner”; isn’t Australia located in the southern part of the planet?

Nice little discussion. My wife is looking into outsourcing accounting there. She is Philippine born. Its a great Idea. Filos arent stupid most speak two languages English and Tagalog. I think its an easy choice for outsourcing.

the internet is a safe place for people to let go of the anger of their subconscious. Don’t take it personally. The old saying my friend, if people react negatively to something you say…there is a fair chance you are talking the truth :)

Its interesting to see how our little conversation, being merely one perspective, i.e. my own, has become such a fire-starter in the comments. I even received a comment saying I was boring and lacked passion.. Gee Overlander we should have done that interview whilst on the main street trying to squeeze into over-crowded jeepneys instead of kicking back on my balcony eh bro…Doh!

  6. Mary A says:

Sorry bout that but this maybe an isolated case, cannot judge as a whole… there is an ongoing transition and overhauling in the Phils. involving several things. But talking about nature and resources.. Phils. has all these.

My coworkers laughed when I told them I would get extra income with Certor Cash Code, but then they saw the results. Do a search on google for Certor Cash Code to see their reaction.

One can stay on tourist visa for 16 months (with visa extensions every 2 months), which is one of the longest time period in the region. After that a short trip to Hong Kong or Singapore and another 16 months will start. You will have to pay for the extensions.

  16. Gary Wetton says:

This was not the question and I believe the reporter has to have some insight into matters in the Philippines to look authentic. Foreigners are highly limited in business activities in the Philippines as a wide range of businesses / professions are not allowed to own / practiced by a foreigner. Here a Filipina wife comes handy for owning the business.

so you’re saying that being in poverty justifies them selling their womanhood for an expressway to green card and prosperity? Sounds like gold digging to me. Do you want to say that it is morally right to use marriage as an escape route to poverty? Is that your moral standard?

  18. arconiz says:

You don’t have the right to judge these people because you never have experienced poverty or you have never been in their shoes! You’re pathetic and a loser for bashing and judging people you don’t know! You’re telling me about morality, do you think you’re morally sound to judge these people? Look at the mirror and ask yourself if you’re good enough to look down, to judge, and to bash other people! Ask yourself if you are in the right position to speak about morality!

  19. 1966bluemax says:

I agree….that’s why they make the best maids in the world

  20. 1966bluemax says:

tell me which one is pathetic….a women selling her womenhood just for the sake of green card, or someone who is just pointing out an inconvenient truth….? I guess when you do not have a moral compass, anything goes.

  21. 1966bluemax says:

women who just want an easy ticket out…..an american husband….boo hoo

  22. arconiz says:

Oh really, so are you rich and beautiful? BTW, hope you haven’t gone under plastic surgeries to make beautiful!

  23. arconiz says:

BTW why are you so bitter for? If you’re a guy married to a Filipina before or a woman with an ex-husband married to Filipina and the reason why you were acting like a Pathetic Loser bashing all Filipina women because your life is miserable! well to tell you the truth it wasn’t their fault, it’s all your fault why you’re living miserable because of your stinky attitude!

  24. arconiz says:

sorry to disappoint a PATHETIC LOSER like you! I’m an engineer and I married to a Filipino. I don’t need any foreigner guy to get my dream come true and to earn big bucks. I had my education and my skills! I’m here in US and working in one of the biggest International engineering company, so keep you pea brain in your pocket! You don’t have any rights to criticize or put any races down especially these women just want to get a better life to help their family or loved ones!
